1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions / Codes of Practice constitute Annex B, and form an integral part of the Certification Agreement and any of its variants as applicable (Proposal and Contract of Modification, Recertification, Take Over, Transfer, Validation, Extension or Reduction of Scope, etc.) and have been defined in order to comply with all the requirements of the Accreditation Bodies, under whose approval International Premium Registrars currently operates. The signature of the Certification Agreement of the Party of the Legal Representative or Representative of the Company applies the knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• The Company refers to the Certification Applicant / Certified Client of International Premium Registrars..
• The words Audit and Visit are used interchangeably.
Once signed, the Certification Contract and its Annexes must be scanned by the Company and sent to sales@ipregistrars.com. They can also be sent by courier.
2. Object
International Premium Registrars Audits independently and certifies the Management Systems of the Companies of our Clients, based on the requirements of the following Standards of Management Systems and observing all the national and international criteria applicable to the Systems Certification Bodies of Management.
• Occupational Health and Safety - OHSAS 18001 (OHSAS)
• Quality Management - ISO 9001
3. Confidentiality
• International Premium Registrars is responsible for ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all levels of your Organization with respect to the information obtained and generated in the course and throughout the Certification cycle of the Company.
• When it is required to disclose information to a third party, either by law or for maintenance of the Certification (for example, Accreditation Bodies), the Company will be informed of said requirement, as permitted by law.
